Care Hire was born from a pivotal moment of empathy and frustration. With over 5 years of frontline experience in Emergency department, Dr. Fayiz witnessed the silent, exhausting struggle every doctor faces: finding a trusted substitute when life demands a break. The turning point was personal. When his own physician brother couldn't find anyone to cover his duty for a short, much-needed vacation, Dr. Fayiz saw the helplessness and the absolute lack of a simple, reliable solution.
Dr. Sajna Pilathath
Primary Health Expert & Operational Leader
In 2022, the vision gained crucial operational strength when Dr. Sajna joined the mission. With 5 years of dedicated service in the Government Primary Health Centre system, she brought deep experience, discipline, and a strong understanding of grassroots healthcare challenges. Her leadership played a key role in transforming Care Hire from a powerful community initiative into a structured, trustworthy, and fast-growing healthcare network.

May: The Catalyst
Forced to close our clinic because no substitute doctor was available. The problem became our mission.
June: Initial Scramble
Started manually collecting contact numbers of doctors around our area. Building the first network, one contact at a time.

When the list grew, we organized it in an Excel sheet.
Jan: The First Platform
Upgraded from a complex Excel sheet to a simple WhatsApp group. Streamlining connection.
Mar: First Placement
Officially started providing relieving duty doctors in Calicut, Kerala. Proof of concept. The service begins.
Feb: Quality Control
Introduced a mandatory doctor verification process. Commitment to trust and safety.
May: Regional Expansion
Started serving nearby districts. The network starts crossing borders.
